LONDON (Alliance News) - Metal Tiger PLC said Thursday it will issue 750,000 shares, after receiving a binding signed warrant conversion notice.
In a statement, the natural resources investor said 750,00 warrants were exercised at a price of GBP0.016.
Metal Tiger shares were down 9.9% at 5.25 pence on Thursday.
