Manolete Partners PLC - Buckinghamshire-based insolvency litigation financing - Chief Executive Officer Steven Cooklin sells 250,000 shares at GBP1.80 per share, worth GBP450,000, on Tuesday. Cooklin had sold 750,000 shares at the same price on Monday, meaning he has sold 1.0 million shares worth GBP1.8 million this week, reducing his holding in Manolete to 15.7% from 18.0%. He currently holds 6.8 million shares. Company says Tuesday's disposal completes a sell order of 1.0 million shares, and Cooklin has no intention to sell further shares for at least three months.
