LONDON (Alliance News) - Leed Resources PLC Friday said Non-Executive Director Charles Zorab bought 3.3 million shares, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital, at a price of 0.09 pence per share Thursday.
The purchase is Zorab's only holding in the oil and gas company.
The stock was trading at 0.0910p, up 7.1%, Friday morning.
