(Alliance News) - ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Ltd on Thursday reported a drop in its net asset value.
ICG shares were down 5.7% at 21.40 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.
The investor in UK real estate debt said its net asset value per share at January 31 was 29.86 pence, down from 63.77p the year before.
ICG-Longbow did not declare a dividend for the financial year ended January 31, compared to a 3.6p per share payout a year ago.
It added that as of January 31, its investment portfolio comprised three loans with an aggregate principal balance of GBP58.01 million.
Looking ahead, the firm said that liquidity remains constrained. It added that it will continue to consult shareholders through our final wind down.
