LONDON (Alliance News) - Kingspan Group PLC Wednesday said Executive Director Russell Shiels sold 45,000 shares at a price of EUR13.11 pence per share having exercised share options over the same amount under the company share plan at EUR0.13 each.
Following this transaction, Shiels holds 353,307 shares, which represents 0.208% of the share capital.
Shares in the low energy building company were down 0.15% at EUR13.08 Wednesday afternoon.
