(Alliance News) - Retirement financial services firm Just Group PLC on Thursday reported the death of Non-Executive Michael Deakin, who had served on the board since 2016.
Just Group did not say whether it would be appointing a new non-executive director.
Before joining Just Group in 2014, Deakin had served as chief investment officer at Insight Investment, and had a number of non-executive roles following that.
Just Group shares were 1.6% lower on Friday shortly before midday at 54.60 pence each.
