LONDON (Alliance News) - Newspaper publisher Johnston Press PLC Monday said Chief Financial Officer David King bought 550,000 shares at a price of 3.851 pence per share Friday.
Following the purchase, King has an interest in 13.1 million shares.
Shares closed down 1.5% at 3.87 pence Monday.
