DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Future PLC CEO sells GBP5.8 million in award shares

Future PLC - London-based business events and publishing firm - Chief Executive Officer Zillah Byng-Thorne exercises incentive award of 200,000 shares and sells all of them at GBP28.76, worth GBP5.8 million, on Thursday. Byng-Thorne and an associate had sold 12,532 shares on Friday last week.

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based property and retailing conglomerate - Jeremy Parr, director and general counsel, exercises options for 25,000 shares worth USD52.79 per share, USD1.3 million in total, on Friday.

Schroders PLC - London-based asset manager - Chair Michael Dobson sells 17,074 shares at GBP35.80, worth GBP611,249, on Thursday. Dobson sold GBP2.0 million in Schroders shares in May.

Kingfisher PLC - London-based DIY retailer - Chair Andrew Cosslett buys 97,690 shares at GBP3.46, worth GBP338,007, on Friday. Now has 388,556 shares.

JTC PLC - Jersey-based provider of fund, corporate and private client services - Chief Financial Officer Martin Fotheringham sells 46,800 shares at 648p, worth GBP303,264, on Tuesday. JTC says that sale is part of estate planning by Fotheringham in anticipation of spending more time in the UK and that he intends to rebuild his holding to its original level throughout 2021. Doesn't provide size of Fotheringham's remaining holding, though Morningstar previously had put it at 770,669 shares, a 0.6% stake.

Pets At Home Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based animal products retailer - CEO Peter Pritchard exercises options for 134,879 shares and sells 64,889 at GBP4.33, worth GBP280,890, to cover tax on Thursday.

Redrow PLC - Ewloe, Wales-based housebuilder - Chair-Designate Richard Akers buys 30,000 shares at GBP6.79, worth GBP203,820, on Friday. Akers joined the board on Tuesday and will replace John Tutte as chair in September.

International Personal Finance PLC - Leeds, England-based consumer credit - CFO Justin Lockwood exercises options for 125,651 shares and sells 91,114 at 131p, worth GBP119,359, on Wednesday. Lockwood is leaving IPF to become CFO of landscaping products firm Marshalls PLC, starting July 26.

Hiscox Ltd - Bermuda-based insurer - Chair Robert Childs buys 6,400 shares at GBP8.18, worth GBP52,339, on Thursday.

Braemar Shipping Services PLC - London-based shipbroker - CEO James Gundy buys 20,000 shares at 254.5 pence, worth GBP50,900, on Thursday. Chair Nigel Payne buys 6,400 shares at 250p, worth GBP16,000, also on Thursday. Gundy now has 614,109 shares, a 1.9% stake, while the purchase is Payne's only holding, having taken the chair at the start of May.

Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC - Nicosia-based lender - Non-Executive Director Dinos Iordanou buys 35,704 shares at 88.2p, worth GBP31,491, on Thursday. Iordanou had bought 18,585 shares on Wednesday and 42,765 shares on Tuesday.
