ITM Power PLC - Sheffield-based hydrogen energy solutions - Four executives, including Chief Executive Officer Graham Cooley and Chief Technology Officer Simon Bourne, sell 4.8 million shares at GBP2.83, worth GBP13.6 million. The shares sold represent a 1.0% stake in the company. They were sold after the executives exercised options to acquire 3.9 million shares. ITM said the shares were sold for the purpose of wealth diversification. The four continue to hold 773,982 shares.
