DIRECTOR DEALINGS: ITE Group Chairman Buys 25,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC Thursday said Chairman Marco Sodi bought 25,000 shares at a price of GBP1.748 per share.

Following this transaction, Sodi holds 125,000 shares, which represents 0.050 % stake in the firm.

The company also said that Non-Executive Director Sharon Baylay bought 5,300 shares at GBP1.695 each and now holds 10,300 shares.

Shares were flat at 171.00 pence Thursday.
