LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Thursday.----------Hastings Group Holdings said Chairman Gary Hoffman sold GBP1.5 million worth of shares in the company.Hoffman sold 545,187 shares at GBP2.69 each.Shares in Hastings closed down 0.4% at 262.20 pence each.----------Flowtech Fluidpower said Non-Executive Chairman Malcolm Diamond and Non-Executive Director Bill Wilson both purchased shares in the company. Diamond bought 16,028 shares at a price of 123.7 pence per share for a total of GBP19,826. This took his total owned shares to 66,028, representing 0.1% of the company. Wilson purchased 16,500 shares at a price of 12.3p per share for a total of GBP20,344. The transaction takes Wilson's total holing in the company to 16,500.
