LONDON (Alliance News) - Recruitment company Hydrogen Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Colin Adams as its new chief financial officer with immediate effect.
He moves from his role as the chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Quercus Publishing and worked for public-relations company Huntsworth and Bloomsbury Publishing PLC in the past.
"I am delighted to welcome Colin to the Hydrogen Group. He brings wide commercial experience, as well as strong technical skills in finance, an excellent understanding of communications and City relationships and a record of managing change, enabling businesses to develop their potential," said Stephen Puckett, Hydrogen's chairman.
Shares in Hydrogen were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 57.00 pence.
