(Alliance News) - Healthcare communications firm Huntsworth Group PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Elizabeth Anderson will step down with effect from December 31.
Anderson will leave after two years since 2018, after being appointed to the board of Nasdaq-listed biotechnology firm BioMarin Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Huntsworth said it has begun the process to appoint a new non-executive director.
"It has been clear to me in the short time of our overlap on the board of Huntsworth, that Liz's contribution to the company has been extremely valuable and will not be easily replicated," said Chair David Lowden.
Shares in Huntsworth were up 2.3% at 88.00 pence on Wednesday.
