LONDON (Alliance News) - PR company Huntsworth PLC Monday said that Chairman Paul Myners bought 100,000 shares for 47 pence each.
Myners now holds a 0.09% shareholding in the company.
In an earlier statement Monday Huntsworth reported a drop in profit for the first half, as its investment programme cut into margins and took longer than expected to implement. The company also said Lord Chadlington is to step down as Chief Executive.
Huntsworth shares were up 17.8% at 48.31 pence Monday afternoon.
