Haydale Graphene Industries Ups Reactor Capability With Larger Reactor

Mon, 02nd Mar 2015 10:35

LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in Haydale Graphene Industries PLC were trading higher Monday, after the company said it has taken delivery of an additional significantly larger reactor, which it said further increases its production capacity as demand increases.

The graphene-focused research and development company said that the two new HD60 reactors which were delivered in December, are now operational, and it has three more Rotovac HD60 units for delivery by the end of June 2015.

However, it also said that it has now taken delivery of an additional significantly larger reactor, the HD200, to fulfil anticipated increased customer orders following successful sampling and supply from the smaller units. It said the delivery arrived four weeks earlier than expected and commissioning has already commenced.

"We now have three HD60 plasma reactors in operation providing the required flexibility to process a variety of materials for different customers simultaneously. The arrival of the larger machine further increases our capability as the demand for volumes increases," said Chief Executive Ray Gibbs in a statement.

Shares in Haydale Graphene Industries were trading 6.4% higher Monday morning at 115.95 pence.
