(Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Monday said Chief Executive Ioannis Papalekas disposed of shares in a transaction on Friday last week.
Papalekas sold 5.5 million shares at a price of EUR9.85 each, worth EUR53.9 million.
Following this transaction, Papalekas remains a significant shareholder with a holding of 23.7 million shares, equivalent to an 11% stake.
Globalworth shares were trading 0.8% higher in London on Monday at EUR9.80 each.
