LONDON (Alliance News) - Great Portland Estates PLC on Thursday said it had appointed Robin Matthews as investment director, with effect from September 2016.
Matthews is joining from real estate fund manager Moorfield Group Ltd, where he was property director. In his new position at Great Portland Estates, Matthews will join the executive committee and will "take on day to day responsibility for the group's investing activities".
The FTSE 250 company said Matthews's appointment follows that of Steven Mew as portfolio director last month, as well as the promotion to the executive committee in July 2015 of Andrew White as development director and Marc Wilder as leasing director.
Great Portland shares were down 1.3% at 776.5 pence on Thursday morning.
