DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Filtronic Non-Executive Chairman Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Filtronic PLC said Thursday that non-executive Chairman Howard Ford had bought 12,796 shares at 38.5 pence each Wednesday.

Following this transaction Ford has a 0.01% interest in the wireless telecommunications products company.

Shares in Filtronic were trading up 0.6% at 39.74 pence Thursday afternoon.
