LONDON (Alliance News) - Ventilation products supplier Volution Group PLC said Friday its Non-Executive Director Adrian Barden bought 10,000 shares at 144 pence per share on Friday.
Following the transaction, Barden holds 107,725 shares in the company, or a 0.05% stake.
Shares in Volution closed up 0.7% at 141.00p on Friday.
