LONDON (Alliance News) - EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC Wednesday said that Finance Director Paul Foulger has resigned from the board with immediate effect, and will leave the company at the end of 2015.
Following Foulger's departure, Chief Operating Officer Richard Evans will take on the role of group finance director in addition to his current role.
Shares in EKF Diagnostics were down 5.7% at 10.96 pence Wednesday afternoon.
