LONDON (Alliance News) - Eckoh PLC Friday said its Chief Executive Officer Nik Philpot exercised options over 627,643 shares at no charge on Wednesday.
The secure payments company said that following the exercise of options, Philpot sold 477,643 of the shares at a price of 32.27 pence on Thursday to cover taxes.
Additionally, 175,000 shares have been purchased by Philpot's pension plan from his beneficial holding at a price of 32.27 pence per share.
Following the transactions, Philpot has increased his beneficial holding to 4.7 million shares, representing 2.2% of the company's total.
Eckoh shares were down 0.3% to 32.29 pence Friday.
