LONDON (Alliance News) - e2v technologies PLC Monday said Chief Executive Officer Stephen Blair acquired 72,338 shares at 148.5 pence each, equating to 0.033% of the company's issued share capital.
The acquisition represents Blair's only interest in the company.
Shares in the electronics component manufacturer were up 0.51% 149.25 pence Monday midday.
