Genedrive PLC - Chief Executive Officer David Budd buys 25,000 shares, while Non-Executive Chair Ian Gilham and CFO Matthew Fowler each by 12,500 shares, at 80p, spending a total of GBP40,000, as part of the broker option for the molecular diagnostics firm share issue. Genedrive raised GBP7.0 million in a share placing last week and said Tuesday it raised a further GBP1.0 million in the oversubscribed broker option conducted by Peel Hunt and finnCap. The broker option allowed private investors to participate in Genedrive's equity raise.
