LONDON (Alliance News) - Funeral services provider Dignity PLC on Monday said Mary McNamara has been appointed as an independent non-executive director on its board, effective from March 1.
She is currently the senior non-executive director on the board of vehicle retailer Motorpoint Group PLC and is a non-executive director at mid-cap lender OneSavings Bank PLC.
Prior to this, she held senior roles at US conglomerate General Electric Co, merchant bank Close Brothers Group PLC and at Anglo-South African financial services group Old Mutual PLC.
Shares in Dignity were up 0.1% to 2,530.00 pence on Monday.
