LONDON (Alliance News) - Dialight PLC said it has appointed Wayne Edmunds as chairman effective from Monday, following the resignation of Bill Ronald.
Edmunds was previously chief executive and chief financial officer at technology company Invensys.
"We are delighted to welcome Wayne to the board of Dialight. Wayne brings relevant commercial and boardroom experience working with global companies in the technology sector. He will be a valuable asset as we pursue our strategy to return to sustainable, profitable growth," Stephen Bird, senior independent director and chairman of the nomination committee, said in a statement.
Shares in Dialight were trading down 2.1% at 410.00 pence on Monday morning.
