Dairy Crest Completes Sale Of Dairies Operations To Muller

LONDON (Alliance News) - Dairy Crest Group PLC on Tuesday said it has completed the sale of its Dairies operations to Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP.

The FTSE 250-listed dairy producer will now be focused on its cheese and spreads business and has said it will be pushing into the infant formula market.

Muller will pay GBP80.0 million for the assets.
