LONDON (Alliance News) - Coal of Africa Ltd on Friday said Michael Meeser has resigned from his role as executive director and chief financial officer of the company.
Meeser will remain with the company until April in order to assist with the transition of his responsibilities, Coal of Africa said.
Coal of Africa Chief Executive Officer David Brown said the company has started the search for a replacement for Meeser.
Shares in Coal of Africa were untraded on Friday morning, having last traded at 1.76 pence.
