Creo Medical Group PLC - medical device company - Plans to raise up to GBP5.1 million through open offer of 2.8 million shares to qualifying shareholders at 182.5 pence per share. Open offer will be carried out on basis of one open offer share for every 58 existing shares held.
Open offer is conditional on gaining shareholder approval at general meeting on September 6.
On Friday last week, Creo raised GBP31.3 million through a 17.1 million share placing at the same issue price, which will go towards accelerating the growth strategy and product development.
