Creo Medical Group PLC - medical device company - Raises GBP31.3 million through a 17.1 million share placing at 182.5 pence each. Following the deduction of associated fees and expenses, the net proceeds receivable by the company from the placing will be GBP29.4 million and which will be used, together with the proceeds raised from the open offer, to accelerate the company's growth strategy and product development.
