Custodian REIT PLC - Leicester, England-based real estate investment trust - Completes the disposal of a portfolio of seven properties for GBP32.6 million. The agreed sale price is 19% above the portfolio's March 31 valuation, when terms of the sale were agreed, and 10% above the portfolio's June 30 valuation. The portfolio has a current passing rent of GBP2.0 million and a net initial yield of 5.9%.
