DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Corac Group CEO, Chairman Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Corac Group PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Phil Cartmell bought 165,000 shares at a price of 6.25 pence per share Monday.

Following this transaction, Cartmell holds 1.9 million shares, which represents 0.45% stake in the firm.

The company also said, Chairman Richard King bought 165,000 shares at a price of 6.2 pence per share and now holds 605,476 shares.

Shares in the air conditioning company were up 2.1% at 6.00 pence per share Tuesday.
