(Sharecast News) - Capita's finance chief, Patrick Butcher, picked up a large batch of stock in the troubled outsourcer on Thursday.Butcher, who joined the outfit at the end of 2018, bought 121,243 shares in the company at a price of 127.2p each, for a total transaction amount of £154,221.His purchase came a week after the company posted a 26% drop in full-year pre-tax profit of £282.1m, though that was ahead of the company's £250-270m guidance.That same day, his boss, chief executive Jon Lewis, said: "We've successfully completed year one of our multi-year transformation, fixed the basics and are firmly on track. We've strengthened our balance sheet, achieved cost savings, and invested in our people. On top of that, we've improved our governance, introduced a 'One Capita' operating model, and started turning around challenging contracts.
