Crossword Cybersecurity PLC - Richmond, England-based cyber security and risk-focused technology commercialisation company - Announces the appointment of Tara Cemlyn-Jones and Robert Coles to the board of the company as non-executive directors with immediate effect.

"Tara Cemlyn-Jones has 28 years' experience in financial services with specialist knowledge of capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, strategy and digital transformation across many sectors, including financial services (asset & wealth management, retail banking and fintech), energy & infrastructure and healthcare," says Crossword.

"Robert Coles is a highly experienced IT Risk and Cyber Security leader. He is the former chief information security officer of GlaxoSmithKline PLC and of the NHS, with over 30 years commercial experience. Prior to his time at the NHS, Robert Coles worked for GlaxoSmithKline from 2013 and was the company's chief information security officer," adds company.
