LONDON (Alliance News) - Camco Clean Energy PLC said Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Marren bought 178,041 shares at a price of 5.32 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Marren holds 4.7 million shares, which represents a 1.86% stake in the firm.
Shares in the clean energy company were up 2.0% at 5.22p Tuesday.
