LONDON (Alliance News) - Cloudbuy PLC Thursday said Chairman Ronald Duncan bought 25,000 shares at a price of 39.96 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Duncan holds a beneficial interest in 21.1 million shares, which represents 17.57% of the total voting rights.
Shares in the cloud eCommerce marketplace were down 3.8% at 38.50p Thursday.
