LONDON (Alliance News) - Cloudbuy PLC said Chief Executive Officer Lyn Duncan bought 10,000 shares at a price of 26 pence per share on Wednesday.
The holdings of Lyn Duncan, Executive Chairman Ronald Duncan and associated family members are 21.1 million shares, which represents 17.39% of the current issued share capital.
Shares in the cloud eCommerce marketplace were down 7.7% at 24.00p Wednesday.
