LONDON (Alliance News) - Centaur Media PLC said Friday that Andrew Evans, managing director of its Exhibitions division, and HR Director Kathleen Jones on Thursday bought partnership shares through deductions from the payroll and bought matching shares under the company's share incentive plan.
Evans bought 194 partnership shares and was awarded 97 matching shares at 64.663 pence.
Jones bought 193 partnership shares and was awarded 97 matching shares at the same price.
The subsequent shareholding of Evan and Jones is less than 1%.
Shares in Centaur Media were trading down 3.9% at 62.25 pence Friday afternoon.
