LONDON (Alliance News) - Card Factory PLC said Thursday Chief Executive Officer Karen Hubbard had bought shares worth GBP15,799 in the greetings card retailer in a transaction on Wednesday.
Hubbard - CEO since 2016 - acquired 8,412 shares at 187.813 pence each. Shares in Card Factory were 1.7% higher at 189.85 pence on Thursday.
After the transaction, Hubbard and people close to her hold 138,822 shares in the firm.
