TR Property Hires Bicester Motion Property Director As Non-Executive

(Alliance News) - TR Property Investment Trust PLC on Tuesday said it has hired Sarah-Jane Curtis as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

The investment trust also said Chair Hugh Seaborn will be stepping down at the end of the annual general meeting in July.

He joined the board in 2007 and was appointed chair in July 2016. After his departure, the role of chair will be filled by by Senior Independent Director David Watson. Non-Executive Director Simon Marrison will succeed Watson as senior independent director.

Newly-hired Curtis is currently a property director of automotive resort Bicester Motion. She was previously business director at real estate company Value Retail PLC. She has also worked as a director for property investment & development company Capital & Counties Properties PLC.

"I am delighted to welcome Sarah-Jane as a non-executive Director of TR Property. She is hugely well-respected in London real estate and brings her extensive knowledge of the retail sector to further strengthen the board," Seaborn said.

TR Property shares closed up 0.8% at 481.00 pence each on Tuesday in London.
