LONDON (Alliance News) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund Ltd said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director John Scott bought 100,000 shares at 101.9 pence each Monday.
Following this transaction Scott has a 0.14% interest in the closed-ended investment company.
Shares in Bluefield were trading up 1.2% at 102.25 pence Tuesday afternoon.
