(Alliance News) - BlackRock Income & Growth Investment Trust PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Graeme Proudfoot acquired shares in the company.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Proudfoot purchased 20,000 shares at a price of 208 pence each, worth GBP41,600.
Proudfoot's resulting holding in BlackRock Income & Growth Investment Trust was not reported.
The stock was untraded in London on Wednesday, last closing at 207.00p a share.
