(Alliance News) - Braveheart Investment Group PLC on Tuesday said it has agreed to provide a further cash injection in investees Kirkstall Ltd and Phasefocus Holdings Ltd.
Braveheart has agreed to provide GBP86,000 to software imaging firm Phasefocus, which will see the investment company boost its stake to 25% from 21%.
"Following the investment, Braveheart will take a seat on the company's board," Braveheart added.
At biotechnology firm Kirkstall, Braveheart has provided a GBP60,000 investment through a convertible loan. If the financing is converted into equity, Braveheart's holding on Kirkstall will rise to 80% from 65%.
Elsewhere, agriculture focused technology investee Pharm 2 Farm Ltd has launched a new website and has opened an office and laboratory in Nottingham.
Maritime monitoring firm Gyrometric Systems Ltd, another investee, has inked an agreement with Turkish firm Gani Gemi Ve Is Makinalari Tic Ltd. The deal will see the duo bring Gyrometric's products to the marine market in Turkey.
Shares in the company were 2.1% higher at 9.70 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
