LONDON (Alliance News) - Brammer PLC Wednesday said Finance Director Paul Thwaite bought 4,220 shares into a savings account at a price of 438.61 pence Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Twaite holds 1 million shares, which represents 0.8066% of the management services company's issued share capital.
Shares were down 0.1% at 442.50 pence Wednesday.
