LONDON (Alliance News) - British Polythene Industries PLC Friday said the Managing Director of European Business, Michael Huyghe, sold 5,470 shares at a price of 640 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Huyghe now holds 30,500 shares, which represents less than a 1% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading at 649.00 pence Friday, up 12.00 pence or 1.9%.
