Microsaic Systems Appoints Bevan Metcalf As Finance Director

LONDON (Alliance News) - Microsaic Systems PLC said Monday it has appointed Bevan Metcalf as its finance director to replace Andrew Darby who will leave the company on January 15.

Metcalf has had financial management experience with a number of companies, presently working as Non-Executive Chairman of Beowulf Mining PLC, and having previously worked with GlaxoSmithKline PLC.

Shares in Microsaic were down 2.0% at 24.00 pence Monday afternoon.
