BBA Aviation Completes Acquisition Of Landmark Aviation

LONDON (Alliance News) - BBA Aviation PLC, an aviation support and aftermarket services provider, on Friday said it has completed its acquisition of the US's Landmark Aviation for USD2.07 billion, following clearance by US anti-trust authorities.

The company struck its deal to acquire Landmark in September last year.

Shares in BBA were up 2.4% at 168.10 pence on Friday afternoon.
