DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Avanti Communications Executives Buy Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Avanti Communications Group PLC Friday said Chief Operating Officer Matthew O'Connor bought 1,882 shares at a price of 262.25 pence per share.

Following this transaction, O'Connor holds 203,973 shares, which represents 0.18% of the issued share capital.

The satellite operator also said Company Secretary Patrick Willcocks bought 4,916 shares at 254.00p each and holds 174,270 shares in total.

Shares were quoted at 253.25p, up 3.0% Friday morning.
