(Alliance News) - Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Co PLC on Monday said Sarah MacAulay, a company director, purchased over 13,000 shares in two transactions.
First, MacAulay bought 2,200 shares at 361.60 pence each, GBP7,955 altogether.
In a separate purchase, also on Monday, MacAulay bought 11,500 shares at 362.78p each, GBP41,720 in total.
MacAulay's holding in the company prior to the transaction was not stated.
The stock closed 2.0% higher at 364.00p apiece on Monday.
