LONDON (Alliance News) - Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Co PLC said Thursday a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director Sarah MacAulay had bought shares in the investment firm worth GBP19,966 in a transaction on Wednesday.
John Martyrossian - closely associated to MacAulay - bought 5,775 shares at 345.74 each. Shares in Schroder Asian were 0.7% higher at 349.57 pence on Thursday.
The total holdings of MacAulay or Martyrossian after the transaction were not disclosed.
