(Alliance News) - Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust PLC on Thursday declared a first interim dividend for the year ending September 30 of 5.2 pence per share.
The dividend will be paid on March 27 to shareholders on the register on March 6.
The investment company also intends to declare second and third interim dividends of 5.2p each, payable in June and September, respectively, and fourth interim dividend of at least 5.8p to be paid in December.
Cumulatively, the payouts will increase 2020 dividends to a minimum of 21.4p from 20.5p in 2019, representing an uplift of at least, 4.4%.
Shares in Aberdeen Standard Equity closed down 0.5% at 394.00p each on Thursday in London.
